Return and Refund Policy
All sales of new tires are final and are non-refundable. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must show some visible manufacturing defect (either when the car is stationary or being driven). Tires with punctures, slashes, uneven wear due to poor alignment, or other damage not attributable to the manufacturer will not be accepted for exchange. You must present the receipt or proof of purchase.
New tires may be exchanged for other new tires of equal or lesser value subject to the conditions above. Provided the conditions are satisfied, installation and balancing services are not charged on an exchange of new tires.
All sales of used tires are final and are non-refundable and sold “as-is” with no warranty.
All sales of services (installation, balancing, tire repair, etc.) are final and non-refundable. A 90 day warranty is included on all workmanship. If you believe there is a problem with the service you received, you may bring in your vehicle and we will diagnose the issue, and – if applicable, repair it free of charge within the 90 day period. After the 90 days from your original purchase, any additional inspections or services performed on your vehicle will be charged at the normal rate.
All sales of new rims are final and are non-refundable unless an incorrect size was ordered. If the rim does not fit your vehicle, only then will a full refund or exchange be issued.
You may return all other items within 30 calendar days from the date you purchased them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
